Order Cancellation

As a customer, you can cancel an order within 14 days, and we will refund the amount of your order to the account from which you originally paid.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided during payment with information about its contents and price.

Delivery

As a buyer, you are free to choose between the delivery options mentioned and relevant at the time of order. Ramper Design assumes no responsibility for any damage that may occur during transport or caused by delays beyond its control.

Returns Policy

Ramper Design accepts returns within 14 days if the products have not been used, modified, washed or handled in any other way. Products must be returned in their original packaging.

No product can be returned to Ramper Design without the prior written consent of Ramper Design, and all returns are subject to a return charge.
